🌸 How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For domestic (Australia-wide) orders, please allow up to 10 business days. International orders may take longer.

🌸 Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available for a flat rate. Please note, free shipping applies only to Australian orders.

🌸 What does 'Mixed Media' mean?
Mixed media refers to the combination of different materials and techniques in a single artwork. In my case, it often includes watercolour, ink, pigment markers, gel pen, and occasionally foil leafing.

🌸 What is 'gsm' and what does 'archival quality paper' mean?
'GSM' stands for grams per square metre—it’s a measure of paper thickness and quality. I use 300 gsm paper, which is thick and durable. Archival quality means the paper is acid-free and designed to last without yellowing or degrading over time.

🌸 What kind of watercolours do you use?
I use only high-quality, pigmented watercolour paints and markers that are lightfast and rich in tone, to ensure vibrancy and longevity in the work.

🌸 Can I commission a special piece or a large canvas version of a drawing?
Absolutely. If you're interested in a custom piece—whether it's a larger format or a different surface like canvas—please reach out via the Contact page to discuss your ideas.

🌸 Are the prints professionally made?
Yes. All prints are produced using a trusted professional printing service to ensure they reflect the quality and integrity of the original artwork, and are printed on high-quality, thick paper.

🌸 Do you offer framing options?
Yes. Many originals are available with framing options in black, white, or oak, sized to A2. Prints, however, are sold unframed unless otherwise specified.

🌸 How are the 'Drawn for You' pieces created?
These are bespoke intuitive drawings made especially for you, based on your name and the energy it holds. They are created without predetermined structure or planning, allowing for a spontaneous and meaningful image to emerge.

🌸 Will I receive a digital copy of my 'Drawn for You' artwork?
Yes. While I only offer the hard copy for purchase, I’ll send a photo of your drawing to your email as a courtesy, once it's completed and shipped.

🌸 Can you share my 'Drawn for You' piece on social media or your website?
Only if you say yes! There’s a checkbox on the order form where you can let me know if you’re happy for your drawing to be shared. If you prefer privacy, your drawing will remain just for you.
