By visiting this site or purchasing artwork, you agree to treat this space (and the artwork within it) with respect. All content is lovingly made and owned by me (Ruth Culley), and is protected under copyright. Please don’t reuse, reproduce, or redistribute my work without permission — it’s kind of like stealing someone’s soul, but with more paperwork.

🌿 Ownership & Reproduction Rights
When you purchase an original drawing, you own the physical artwork — it’s yours to hang, admire, and love. However, the copyright remains with me, the artist (Ruth Culley). That means I retain the right to reproduce the image (e.g. as prints or promotional materials), unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. If you’re interested in purchasing full rights to a work, we can absolutely have that conversation.

🌿 Shipping

All prices include domestic shipping within Australia — no surprise fees at checkout. International shipping is available at a flat rate (added during checkout). Please see Helpful Info. for more detailed shipping info, including delivery timeframes.

🌿 Returns & Refunds

Each piece is created or printed with care, and I hope you’ll love it as much as I did making it. That said, due to the nature of original art and made-to-order prints, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please get in touch — I’m human, and I’ll do my best to sort things out with grace and good vibes.

🌿 Payment & Security

Payments are securely processed through Stripe which use encrypted technology to protect your information. I don’t store your credit card details — that’s between you and the payment gods.

For those who may need a little flexibility, my site offers Klarna as a payment option at checkout. While I want art to be as accessible as possible, I also encourage you to use this feature only if it genuinely supports your circumstances. Please purchase with care and consideration — there’s no rush, and your wellbeing comes first.

Your information is used only to fulfil your order or to get in touch with you about it. I’ll never share, sell, or misuse your personal details. That’s a promise.
